You will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order as well as a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Throughout the delivery process, we will be maintaining close contact with our shipping partners - continually tracking and supervising your purchase, in order to make sure it arrives at your doorstep within the promised timeframe.

Your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location:

Lebanon:  1-2 working days

 

If shipped to Lebanon, all your purchases can be returned and/or exchanged at no additional cost – as long as they meet the requirements mentioned below.

If shipped to any other country, items can still be returned and/or exchanged at your will. However, in that case, you will need to handle shipping and all costs related to it. More information on steps and procedures will be provided to you upon request.

Return Requirements:

• In order to process your request, you must send us an email to websales@halimonline.com within 7 days of the date of delivery. Email must contain the following information:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Action Requested (refund or exchange)

• Items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• In case of exchange, the new item’s value must be equal or greater than that of the item exchanged.
