. Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’re delighted with your order.In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange; however kindly note that all returns are at your own expense except in the following two cases:

1-      We accidentally sent you the wrong merchandise.

2-      You received damaged merchandise.

Return or Exchange Requirements:

  • In order to process your request, you must send us an email to info@halimonline.com, within 7 days of the date of delivery. Email must contain the following information:
        • Order number
        • Reason for return
        • Action Requested (refund or exchange)
  • Items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • In case of exchange, the new item’s value must be equal or greater than that of the item exchanged
  • Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. n exchange.
  • If shipped to Lebanon, all your purchases can be returned and/or exchanged at no additional cost – as long as they meet the requirements mentioned below.
  • If shipped to any other country, items can still be returned and/or exchanged at your will.
  • However in that case, you will need to handle shipping and all costs related to it.
